Atherton

Project: Atherton (KS2310)
Completion: April 2011
Client: Bellwood Homes
Location: Penn Village, Buckinghamshire
Materials: Ash, steel, stainless steel, toughened and laminated glass

Six flights of bespoke staircases were built into new home named Atherton. Solid 50mm hand picked Ash was used for the treads. The balustrade is toughened and laminated glass attached to the powder coated steel strings and ceiling aprons with stainless steel fittings. The galleries match the stair design. Glass ceiling at the entrance hall was also installed.

Atherton is one of two newly build stylish houses by Bellwood Homes. The development site is some 1.2 aces in size. Atherton & Agarwood sits comfortably in its own grounds, with privacy and exclusivity as standard.
